i really dont know much about this issue except what ive read. so far it seems like i have some of the symptoms but at the same time i dont have some other symptoms.

at the point of impact back on my head (left side where it kind of points out at the top if you feel around you will know what i mean) i still get jabbing pains. i have been wondering if they are just headaches, tension headaches or migraines from my brain healing. or if its just my nuerons reconnecting i dont know

im just worried i might have a leak there of cerebral fluid now. its been months now and still feel jabs of pain. I had a CT back in march and it was clear but at the end of the month of march i partyed and set myself back and am wondering if i did really bad damage since its been so long and im still having PCS. im paranoid i have a small tear in my brain and fluid is slowing leaking out constantly

I doubt that your night of partying caused a leak. More likely, it just set you back to day one. Focal head aches are not uncommon. If anything is a problem, it is probably your anxiety.

Get a home blood pressure kit and take your blood pressure when your head aches are at their worst. Stress and anxiety can cause an increase in BP resulting in head aches. Tension head aches are the same as stress head aches.

If your BP is elevated, there are simple treatments for that.

Most of all, you need to relax. Your brain needs quiet rest.

I get those types of headaches as well. I also have the awful "whooshing" sounds. I think it's all part of the post concussion. Have you had an MRI done? This will tell if you have leaks I believe.

I never thought about the anxiety causing the focal headaches but it would make sense. Sometimes, even after 16 months I get the sharp pains. I will be more aware of my state when this happens.... With all the meds you would think my anxiety would just go away. lol

i am not a doctor but from what i have read/heard many people who have suffered a concussion complain about relapses/worsening of symptoms after they drank alcohol. so if you partyed and drank alcohol, that may be the answer why you are experiencing symptoms like that. for some reason, alcohol is big no no for people who have suffered a concussion and thatīs maybe for life. because i have read many stories of people having recovered from a concussion/PCS completely and then drank a lot a couple of months later and the symptoms returned. stay away from the booze. i would say at least for a year or two years. months is nothing when it comes to brain injury/healing. after those years i bet you wonīt even want that liquoir no more
