Default wonderful orthotics and greens

Hello everyone!

Every step I take is painful due to the headache and pounding motion, so over these last couple of years I have tried lots of different orthotics. I found these at the walking company about 4 months ago and they are great. They are holding up well. In the store they are able to test the pressure of your feet and look for any differences. Turned out I have way more pressure/ weight on my right side and the salesperson asked if I had a major injury.

They are expensive but they help my headaches so much. I hope that someone can be helped by this. I think that you can try them for 30 days and there is also a men's one too.

Also, I have been drinking microgreens for the extra nutrients. I have noticed a difference worth mentioning. Someone on this site recommended the garden of life capsules but they hurt my stomach. Basically if I remember correctly you have to take 6-8 capusles daily.

I also tied the amazing grass brand, was hard to stomach at first but once I got used to it I could tell the increase in energy. They come in small sample sizes which is nice. The berry was easier to handle.

I ended up with Macrogreens, which i felt worked the best for me. But, the taste takes some time to get used to. I have to plug my nose still. Lol!
The probiotics in it have helped my stomach too, which is a bonus. I wish that I took this earlier, I notice more of a difference than vitamins, which hurt my stomach.

Also, I have always tried to drink lots of water, but I discovered that I need so much. If I exercise, still only able to go to the pool and walk and a little bit of aqua jogging, I drink about every 10 minutes and go through a lot.My headache is not as bad, before I would drink only before and after. Also I drink a lot before sleeping, I think that I would get dehydrated during the night.

Hope everyone feels better soon!
