I'm not having a good day.
My neighbours have gone away and left their radio blasting which kept me awake literally all night. I managed to get a couple of hours this afternoon with earplugs and white noise in my ears but feel awful. It's still going, horrible sports radio or something, had to track down their landlord who's coming later to switch it off. Meanwhile there's some sort of social disco rave thing going on across the road and I feel like my head is about to explode. It's like 3D noise, disorientating 5.1 surround sound. My labdlady's home and has opened all the windows so I'm freezing cold, she's banging about in the other room and every time a car goes by or a group of people making noise I feel like I'm going to throw up. I feel so unwell I wish I'd just pass out. On the plus side, I got an appointment with a new neuro today which I wasn't expecting until February. |
