Default Lost all Happiness

Besides the head pressure, severe insomnia and loss of appetite the biggest problem I have is the emotional change ive gone through, I used to have a great sense of humor and was very witty and outgoing,

I now have a flat personality and don't enjoy talking to anybody really even friends or family, will my regular personality or my sense of humor ever come back?

I also now can't seem to be happy in anything I do, for example I don't enjoy the music I used to like or eating foods I use to enjoy, and find joy in any activity at all

I was wondering if this was from depression and if I got over it that I would enjoy the stuff i used to or if this is gonna be how it is? any thoughts?
