Outside a neruologist for PCS, there are sleep disfunction clinics in Fla. I even think there is one in Sarasota. I would head there, and after this long without sleep, get someone to drive you. You reaction times would be way off, and the tourists are back. Look into this Abel, this isn't good for you. I am sure you are frustrated, but you need to go get some help at a higher level. ginnie

Abel, my neighbor friend is a nurse, who works 12-hr shifts.
She has recently tried several of the over the counter sleep meds at Walgreen's and found that one in particular does work for her & then over time, will grow ineffective --- despite all varieties/brands list the same active ingredient of diphenhydramine, which is essentially, yes, benadryl.

What mg. dosage of lunesta did you try?
(You may require a double-dose?)

And what mg. dosage of Ambien are you trying?
