Yeh, thats what I mean. Those I mentioned are really scarry. What you have tried is just about the only stuff available that won't hurt you. Get to the bottom of the problem if you can. Really talk to some good doctor that you trust. If it is due to the PCS, address it with a specialist that deals with PSC. Everybody cares about you Abel, and we so hope that soon you can rest well. I think I just wear myself out when I get like that, and I do go to sleep. Take those long walks again if you can. ginnie

I hope that you have found something to help you sleep,have you tryed burning lavender oil in a defuser?lavender will help to relax you,have a grate day

I have difficulty breathing through my nose all of the time. Have you considered a sleep study? You may wish to discuss it with your doctor.
