Default Post concussion syndrome going on ten months. Please help.

I'd appreciate any help I can get about my post concussion syndrome. Going 10 months now.

My names jason. This past. Ee years i was at a house party. The house was at the top*of this massive hill( very steep and short). I was very intoxicated at this party from drinking whisky and beer. *A friend asked if i wanted to go get food, since i was in a good mood i said yeah sure. We walked outside I hoped on my skateboard( I've been skateboarding for 8 years so very comfortable riding a skateboard) it felt nice being drunk riding my skateboard, the fresh air. As soon as I started riding my board the immense steep hill started and me like an idiot went down it without thinking. I remember riding down it gaining alot of speed reaching the bottom my board getting speed wobbles and then blackout...*

* * * * * * * * * I woke up back at the house we were partying at. I remember vomitaing and feeling disorientated. The kids i was partying with are idiots and didn't call an ambulance and eventually just let me sleep in a room for the night and went on partying.*

* * * * * * * * * I woke up the next day on the pull out coach. To turn over caused me such bad pain. I needed to go to the bathroom but my head hurt so bad to move at all. Eventually i got up went to the bathroom and threw up some more. Every time i threw up it cause my head such bad pain aswell. I went in the shower and basically just sat down until my "great" friends knocked on the door telling me that we have to go. I didnt know how to get home from the town that we were in so i had to walk all the way to the train station feeling like complete ****.*

* * * * * I got home, laid in bed and waited for my dad to arrive. *When my dad got he suggested that i try and get some rest and see if things improve. 3 days of massive headaches. Day and night not getting out of bed. Sadly we dont have health insurance song that was the reason we didnt go straight to the E.R. We then decided it was time to go to the hospital.

* *I went to the E.R. They gave me a ct scan and found out they're were 2 contusions. They prescribed me some steroid medication and set up an appointment to come back for another ct scan in a month.*

* * * * * * *I was taking the medication for a month and it made me super hungry all the time, made me have acne break outs like crazy, and made me super energetic.A month later i go to have a ct scan and they find out the bleeding had stoped. The doctor asked me if they're was anything else wrong, i said other then headaches,no.

* * * * * * A week and a half after that second ct scan when i stopped taking the medication *I notice that my *sence of smell is all distorted and *that i'm smelling these unpleasant scents and everything taste bland or like garbage. The whole first month after the accident i was eating food like crazy and everything smelled and tasted normal. Could it have been the medicine that caused my sence of smell to become distorted?*
I know that many have lost there sence of smell due to head traumas but a month after? Why a month after? Shouldnt it happen a day or week after the accident? A month after just sounds a bit strange but im not a neurologist so i dont know what to make of this? What do you guys think ?

* * * * * *Okay, so its a month after the accident and i get this job offer. 15 an hour job. I take it and start working every other day. Then i pick up another job, so now im working two jobs. During the first month when i was taking the steroids medication I was trying to rest all the time but was feeling really retless because the steroids so what i began to do was read. Read a ton until my eyes hurt. Now i now maybe this wasnt the bet idea.*

* * * * * *During this time of recovery i've been an idiot and have taken LSD four times, have drunk alchohol and have had some nasty hangovers, i also have been watching tv and ob my phone a ton which also strains my eyes.*

* * * * * * * *Its been ten months and i still feel the damage i caused to my head. I went to a concussion *specialist and she told me that what i need now was rest, that if it were possible to lock myself in a dark room and just relax there, of course i'd go crazy if that happend. The other day i drank with friends and had a really bad hangover and threw up in the morning. Im tired of not taking care of myself the way i should be . I still am feeling pain in my brain, little sharp pains. What should i do to make the recovery process as good as possible? Vitamins stuff like that? Someone please guide me cause im desperate here.***

* * Basicly im still having head pains and i cant work, read, or go to school cause of that. There was a time suring this past 10 months where inwas going through a really tuff heart brake and was really depresses, in fact i was in inpatient because of it. Im not feelimg auch depression and the headaches are better but not completely gone. I just wanna feel better guys.
