Default question about how your symptoms go away

ive made some good strides ive noticed over these last 9 months. i used to be a wreck now im almost "there".

most of my symptoms are now gone and they have been disappearing one after the other. is it possible for them all to go away at once or do they usually tend to go away one at a time?

for instance my anxiety is completely gone now thank god and it used to be BAD. its not even roller coaster its literaly gone BUT my vertigo is still like 20% of what it used to be a few months ago when it was 100% and my visual symptoms are still very present

will i continue to see each symptom go away or am i stuck with them forever or awhile?
