Default Citicoline as part of your supplement regime?

Just curious if anyone has done any research on Citicoline and it's benefits if any on the injured brain and required dosages?

It was recommended to me recently as a product I may want to investigate and still early in my reading on the topic. I am curious if someone has already done their homework on this one?
