This recent post 12/05/2012 from NeuroTalk - Parkinson's support group deems worthy of a bump to be shared here in our TBI-PCS neighborhood:

Helps me relax more to sleep better. And taking the magnesium supplement at night, as indicated by Mark. Happy soaking! Theta
