Default "Magnesium and epsom salts confirmed."

This recent post 12/05/2012 from NeuroTalk - Parkinson's support group deems worthy of a bump to be shared here in our TBI-PCS neighborhood:
"magnesium and epsom salt confirmed".

And here's the original post weblink: http://www.natmedtalk.com/f52/20073-...bsorption.html

I've posted previously of the benefits I've been enjoying using Walgreen's lavender epsom salts for a relaxing and soothing soak, particularly before bedtime. Helps me relax more to sleep better. And taking the magnesium supplement at night, as indicated by Mark.

Happy soaking!

Theta
