Default Ct Blood perfusion?

I am new to this so sorry if it has been asked before. I have had a couple of TBIs with one bad one from a roll over in Iraq with me in the gunner position. I had a CT tht checked my blood profusion a while ago and it looked crazy. I had low profusion in all areas with the worst in the frontal lobe left optical lobe. But no one will tell me what this means they just keep saying we are gathering data. It has been going on 2 years since my last TBI an my symptoms are still here. Headaches, loss of balance short term memory loss, sleep disorders, anger depresion, pluss I have Cspine issues. When does it end.. Everyone says it clears up with in 2 years but I am always hearing theses horror stories with football players and I had a truck roll on me and been around countless explosions. It feels like I will never feel better!!
