by the way Mark makes some BRILLIANT points. I think i will print all of his posts to read. Because now i understand i have to keep a strcit discipline at least for some time and i need to even make a plan of what to eat and what not to eat. Because for some reason i found that for example eating butter makes my dizinness significantly worse. i have to set a right diet. and quit smoking.:cool:
