Post Visualization Tape

A friend purchased this Health Journeys visualization for me as a gift — it's been very helpful in my recovery.

Nothing magical — but it helps quiet my overly active mind.

Tried to post link here but I am too much of a newbie. Google Health Journeys TBI.

May be available from some libraries or through ILL (interlibrary loan).
