Default Chances of developing blood clot at impact site?

What are the chances after a negative CT In Febuary of a blood clot forming? Its been 11 months and the exact place i hit my head still has sharp jabbing pains that shoot out from the impact spot and is still pretty sore if i touch it hard enough

I see my nuero agian Thursday and i thinkbi remember him saying he may scan my head if i still have sypmtoms.
