B12 is not absorbed well if food is present.
It is best utilized on an empty stomach with no
Food for about an hour.

It says on the bottle or box -
[Mannitol, Cyanocobalamin, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Cherry Flavor, Gelatin, Malic Acid, Water Purified]

[B-12 preference is methycobalamin.
If it is cyanocobalamin, it may not be absorbed well.]

I've been off bananas for about a week and I feel much better. Our friends at mvertigo.org seem to notice a connection between foods high in tyramine and migraine associated vertigo. It is likely a coincidence, but I thought I'd mention it.
