Hi kind ones, I was on auto-pilot, barely improving, for 18 months before a physio therapist literally held my hand towards MCT oil. My brain fog went away in 20 minutes, and everything changed after this! I had enough clarity to even consider taking supplements. Highly recommend these:
Other supplements I take religiously:
Finally, I want to point out that GABA and KavaKava were working for me... until they didn't. At some point they started to pull me down and I felt overwhelmed, so I stopped taking them and only take them on weekends or as needed for stress. |

I was on many of the supplements listed here. I've since stopped because I find that they didn't do a thing, weaned myself off one by one and there was little to no effect. They are unregulated, expensive and some of the absorption rates were so low that it wasn't worth it especially with omega 3 pills. Instead I eat all natural and include healthy fats. The last supplement I took was vitamin B2 and found that most ended up in my urine. Replaced it with nutritional yeast.
beef fat and other animal fats MCT oil Nutritional yeast walnuts salmon spinach, kale oatmeal omega 3 eggs cauliflower and broccli carrots beets peanuts |
