B12 is not absorbed well if food is present.
It is best utilized on an empty stomach with no
Food for about an hour.

I've been off bananas for about a week and I feel much better. Our friends at mvertigo.org seem to notice a connection between foods high in tyramine and migraine associated vertigo. It is likely a coincidence, but I thought I'd mention it.

That is a good formula... I personally don't think you need higher doses. Our PN forum is getting people posting who developed high B6 from high dose products with resulting neurological problems.

Read some of the links, and decide then whether you want to use a B-50.

Also, my doc recommended I take coenzyme 10 for my PCS. Anyone know anything about it and if it has helped. I've read it is mostly good for migraines which I really don't suffer from, so I'm not sure it's worth it to add into my vitamin regimen.

I'd add coenzyme Q10 to my regimen if it was not so expensive.
