I would appreciate if someone could take the time to review my current vitamin and supplement regime and provide some suggestions on what to add. Current Regime ----------------- 2 x tablespoon of BulletProof Brain Octane Oil daily Nature's Own Activated Methyl B12 (1000mcg) Nature's Own Concentrated Fish Oil - Concentrated omega 3 (1000mg) - Omega 3 marine triglycerides (630mg) - EPA (310 mg) - DHA (210 mg) Blackmores Vitamin D3 (1000IU) Swisse Men's Power Ultivite (high potency multivitamin) -VITAMIN B1 (thiamine) 120 mg (from thiamine hydrochloride 134.55 mg) -VITAMIN B2 (riboflavin) 120 mg -NICOTINAMIDE 240 mg -VITAMIN B5 (pantothenic acid) 120 mg (from calcium pantothenate 130.99 mg) -VITAMIN B6 (pyridoxine) 50 mg (from pyridoxine hydrochloride 60.77 mg) -VITAMIN B12 (cyanocobalamin) 240 mcg -VITAMIN A (retinyl acetate) 750 mcg RE -VITAMIN D3 1000 IU (as cholecalciferol 25 mcg) -VITAMIN E 50 IU (as d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate 41.33 mg) -BIOTIN 100 mcg -VITAMIN K (phytomenadione) 50 mcg -CHOLINE BITARTRATE 120.35 mg -INOSITOL 50 mg -FOLIC ACID 500 mcg -LYSINE 50 mg (from lysine hydrochloride 62.47 mg) -TAURINE 75 mg -SELENIUM 50.7 mcg (from selenomethionine 126 mcg) -MOLYBDENUM 100 mcg (from molybdenum trioxide 150 mcg) -MANGANESE 1 mg (from manganese amino acid chelate 10 mg) -IRON 5 mg (from iron amino acid chelate 25 mg) -COPPER 140 mcg (from copper gluconate 1 mg) -ZINC 8 mg (from zinc amino acid chelate 40 mg) -CHROMIUM 3.98 mcg (from chromium picolinate 32 mcg) -IODINE 76.45 mcg (from potassium iodide 100 mcg) -SPEARMINT OIL 2 mg thoughts --------- -firstly I think i'd be a wise idea to incorporate 5-HTP into my regime. I have been considering taking SSRI's for a couple weeks now and would like to try some other alternatives. -is my Swisse Multivitamin giving me enough of all the B's? -Curcumin. I've heard its good for inflammation. -Magnesium Citrate -anyone had any luck with Ginseng? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks |
