Ground flax seed is a vegan source of omega-3s. Get a little coffee grinder, grind up 3 tbsp of flax seed, and drink it in juice in the morning. This is a daily dose of omega-3s plus tryptophan.

I had similar problems with supplements after tbi and I felt really confused a lot since there's so much info out there I ended up not doing anything about it for a while. *admin edit*hope you find what you need and get lots of rest.
