I suffered a bad concussion about nine months, where i was hospitalized for five days and have now memory except for one or two for a week afterwards, and I experienced constant headaches, confusion, irritability, memory lose, anxiety, and depression for four or five months after it and everything was fine for about a month and then it all came back except for the headaches and it's really frustrating especially since its been nine months. Just confused and frustrated wanting some answers. Thanks.

kpbs.....,

Welcome to NeuroTalk. It is not uncommon concussion symptoms to last as long as they have with you. 15% of concussions have prolonged symptoms. Check out the thread Vitamin and Supplement Regimen. It has a whole list of suggestions plus some other online resources.

My best to you.
