Default Experience with Fascial Stretch Therapy?

Has anyone had experience with Fascial Stretch Therapy. This is different the myofascial release. I had two sessions with an experience practioner in the Washington DC area and found it helpful for about 10 days. She though that if I had a couple of more sessions I would see serious benefits. I can't find anyone as experience in Chicago so I am tempted to go back to DC, where I have family, for a week. But I thought I would get the group's collective wisdom before I dump anymore money into getting better!

Default

Facial Stretch Therapy sounds very similar to other facia massage/loosening therapies.

What joints and tissues did she work on?
