I also suggest you have a ENT look at your sinus issue. I am a believer in chiropractic but it should resolve your sinus problems, not maintain them. You may have developed an unstable upper cervical structure that leaves you more vulnerable to injury and inflammation. Does your grandfather tell you to ice your neck after a pop? He should.

Hi Mark!
Well, I do not ever recall him telling me to ice my neck after he pops it. It is funny that you mention unstable cervical structure. I can sleep normally on any given night and wake up the next morning with a nagging neck ache that will subside during the course of the day.
I think I might want to have my eye-sight checked as well. A couple of years ago, I was reported to have 15/20 vision on my eye exam. But today, I noticed that distant objects seemed fuzzy while I was driving down the road (mile markers, exit signs, etc). They only came to being readable when I was within 100 feet of them. Ugh! I can see near objects and read books with clarity though. Would this be a sign of the vision loss you spoke of (in relation to the concussion).
