Where to go from here?
I apologize if this seems a little redundant but i am really looking for some poistivity right now. I dont understand my own mind at this point. It seems as if my own body has betrayed me. i did not have any of these strange symptoms ( twitching, hot spots, muscle cramps, lump in throat) until a week after i read about MS and ALS symptoms. Now i have all teh symptoms and its freaking me out! Twiching all over my legs, a cramp in the arch of my left foot and its extrememly difficult to swallow. I have been adamit about not relying on drugs to get through this but at this point i am so frazzled that i might have to take something to get over the hump as i feel like i am getting worse by the day. Does anyone have any sugggestions on MILD anxiety medication? i jsut got off the phone with my GP and she said "just use the Xanax" but i know that i dont like this drug.
