Default Is a sauna good or bad?

I've had a concussion for 3 months will a sauna worsen or make my head better, I'm allowed to run if that makes a difference

Being allowed and being good for you can be two different things.

At 3 months I could not have ran and I'm sure a sauna would not have been good for me either as temperature had a big impact on how I felt.

Trying new things (taking new steps) should be done in moderation until you know how it affects YOU.

Youngboii,

The sauna would not have a positive impact on your symptoms. It will stress your system.

What was your purpose for the sauna?

I sauna-ed from two months onward. The first few times I couldn't take it, but now it's part of my daily routine. Try it for five minutes and see how you feel.

One concussion in 2012 from rugby. Loss consciousness and took around 5 months to recover completely.

Hit my head hard on a shelf on 12/7/14. Recovered by the end of February.

A branch fell on my hardhat at work on 10/7. Not sure if completely concussed but have been feeling "out of it". Definitely injured my upper cervical region and upper back. Out of work for the time being.

If you do sauna, rinsing down with cold water afterwards can be very beneficial for circulation, including to the brain!
