Default Frogger Anyone?

Why does it feel like my mind is constanty "leap frogging" from one symptom to the next.

I am aware that i am suffering from an abnormally large amounts of Anxiety but cant i just get a break and accept that i am ok?

Today my throat feels great but i woke up this morning with a cramp in my foot and twitching muscles all over my body.

I have been taking Prilosec for 5 days now(Dr thought that GERD was causing throat irritation) and perhaps that has dehydrated me.

I did do light workouts on Modnay and Tuesday and due to my throat hurting so bad, i was not able to drink much water. Perhaps the twitching can be dehydration or over excertion and of course it could be Anxiety? UGHHHHH, either way i would like a break.

If and when my twitching stops, i am sure that i will hyperscan my body again to search for something else!

Sorry for venting!
