Default hope

Hi All,

Iv’e been up and down the last few months. But slowly starting to string more ups together. I have been doing well for about 6 days now. By well I mean my headaches have been less severe, and I am able to cope more with work, friends, exercise etc. am still experiencing much of my symptoms but in less severity. I think a lot of it has to do with a more positive outlook I am trying to take, and also the increase in exercise I am doing. I am hoping to turn this sting of good days into weeks, then eventually months. I know it’s a long road, but I am seeing glimpses of my old self and some light at the end of the tunnel.

Just wanted to post and let people know that it is possible to see improvement! Good luck and best wishes to all 

5 months PCS symptoms after a fall in August 2012, main symptoms chronic headache and neck pain, anxiety, communication issues, all of which are improving 
