Default advice

Hi all,

I have been 5 months PCS. I have nearly had 2 good weeks in a row (saturday will mark 14 days) and by good I mean the only real symptom im having is a dull headache everynow and then and feeling a little sketchy mentally. Other than that Ive been able to go about my normal life, work exercise, etc. I know I am not out of the clear but I feel like if this trend continues for a few more weeks I may be back to 'normal'. What Im looking for is advice on my next moves from here. I will ofourse still be taking it easy, and easing back into things, but any advice/ peoples experiences will be helpful. I am moving closer to beating this god awful illness and I need all the help possible.

Hope everyone is feeling well today
