Heart neck pain

Hi all. Just afew questions and an update. I have been doing a lot better the last few months (had PCS symptoms since august 2012), especially weeks, to the point where I didn’t have any major symptoms. Last Thursday I was rear ended in my car. It was a minor accident but enough to give me some neck pain. Im very thankfull that all my other symptoms have dissipated, such as my headaches and dizziness, etc. But now all im stuck with is neck and shoulder pain… and this sometimes brings on a headache. I am waking up feeling great,,, then afew hours into the day Ill have a sore neck. I feel as though this is my only symptom and that when im able to loosen it up and get rid of the pain I will be relatively symptom free. I just wanted some thoughts on this and advice on getting rid of this neck pain asap????

Thanks
