Today in school me and my friend were kicking a tennis ball back and fourth, I then walked into her with my head down and we bumped heads, it was hard but could it make my symptoms worse!? I have a headache everyday but today it's worse could it be because of the head bump or am I over thinking it. It didnt affect her but I have had this conccussion for 3 months

It will be what it will be. Nobody can say whether the increased head ache was caused by the bump.
The most important thing is to try to learn to NOT WORRY ABOUT IT, at least not after the fact. You can not change what happened. you can only change how you move forward. I bet you were getting a bit competitive when you bumped head. That behavior should be avoided. Competition is not good for us. We do not have the reaction speeds to protect our brains. Avoid those close contact competitions.
