If you're experiencing brain problems and odd personality problems... if you've hit your head, had a whiplash or had a difficult childbirth, you should look up Atlas Vertebrae. Two years have gone from my life because I've been un-adjusted. Literally.. my head wasn't on straight! This vertebrae is only 1.5 ounces and it supports your skull and brain. It is not adjusted by regular chiropractors and Doctors never mention it even though I've complained about stabbing pain in the back of my brain (now I found out that it's because the vertebrae was out and my brain had been being pulled into my spinal cavity and was sitting low..below my skull). Please look it up. I've never felt better and am going to be going back to work at my old job. I had been told that I'd have to work at a sedentary job because of this injury, but now I am miraculously better!! The doctor I see is in Vancouver BC. Her name is Dr. Sabrina Chen-see. If you call her assistant Ilsa she can direct you to a wellness chiropractor in your area that can help you. Don't be afraid. It's not the kind of chiropractic that twists and crunches. It's more like massage, and placement of vertebrae to allow your body to take over and put itself straight. I really hope you get this help and pass it on to everyone you know. I walk down the street every day and see people hunched over and some have MS or scoliosis or ADD and other illness.. i just want to tell all of them about this method but I'm sure they'd think I was a weirdo. It is not a "cure all" but can really help in many situations

All I know is it has given me back my life and I really wish someone would have told me sooner. I found it very depressing to think that I'd have to give up my job and never be the same. Thanks for your expertise! I really appreciate your support!

We often recommend getting an upper cervical diagnosis to newbies. It helps eliminate some symptoms. The problem is finding a good upper cervical therapist, Chiro, PT etc.

There are a number of different trade organizations that promote their different therapy protocols.

2 weeks ago i went to a chiropractor that specializes in NUCCA. ive went 4 times and my posture seems to be all he is concerned with. tomorrow i go again and im gonna have him focus on my C1 Atlas because im 100% sure i knocked it out of place

i tried to pop it myself doing a exercise i saw online and i swear i popped something we will see if i feel better

The atlas to occiput joint does not pop like the lower joints do. Please be very careful with self adjustment to the cervical spine.

Is the NUCCA chiro treating your upper neck ? They use the posture measuring system to diagnose atlas (C-1) mal-alignment.

The NUCCA I saw had me ice before leaving his office because the adjustment he was trying to achieve was extremely sensitive to inflammation. Reducing inflammation maximized the value of each treatment.

the Nucca usually has me stand on a specialized scale that tells him how much weight im putting on each foot. when i first started it was like 18 lbs on my right foot now its down to less than 5

he usually just wiggles my shoulders and hips to see how tight i am and looks me over and has me lay down on my side on a special table declined and does these light twists and turns to my neck. he does it a few times to each side it seems

i keep telling him im getting pain from my neck literally right where the c1 is and he seems to be focus on my overall posture since my posture was pretty bad. i dont know if its all part of the program but tomorrow im telling him i want to focus on my neck or im going elsewhere

i can definitely feel a difference my overall posture is better but me having to go more than a few times is starting to make me feel like he may be delaying me for more visits. tommorow is gonna be make it or break it with him i think

also......he never took xrays he just used some weird posture computer tool thing should i be concerned with that
