I had the same advice from mine. However, the idea is that I use these for 3 months to see how if I improve. Then it may be a different prescription with / without prisms

My favorite sun glasses have a blue tint. I'll wear them more. Thanks

Hi Su seb....

Re the blue tint: I understand that you need to block the blue light, which is the most complex for the brain to process. To do that you need to wear blue blocker sun glasses. The blue tint does not block blue, as far as I know, so you need amber tinted lenses.
Hope that helps! Others may have thoughts on this.
