Default A milestone for me!

Having seriously been put off swimming due to my PCS, I went back to the pool again to give it a go. 3 months ago I swam five lengths and this caused 2 days continual fatigue, migraines and terrible noise and light sensitivity.

2 months ago I did the same and it caused terrible head pressure and 3 days post concussion headaches and symptoms.

1 month ago I swam one length and it caused head pressure and two days post concussion headaches, symptoms and insomnia.

Yesterday I swam 5 lengths and it caused mild head pressure, slight noise and light sensitivity, and I was a bit more grumpy. However I slept for 7 hrs on and off which is great because I have had insomnia since November 2012. Will probably give it a week and then try the same distance again.
