Default Can PCS symptoms recur?

I Had PCS from a concussion I sustained as a result of a bicycle accident I had last April. The symptoms I experienced at that time were headaches, neck pain, short term memory problems, trouble with words, increased TMJ pain.

These all seemed to pretty well subside after a couple of months, then 2 months ago I started experiencing headaches, neck pain, tinnitus in both ears (I normally have it in my right ear all the time) & increased TMJ pain again.
I'm bi-polar, so I'm not sure how much my moods are affected, other than I know all the pain is causing increased anxiety at this time. Is it common for PCS symptoms to reappear like this? Or is this something totally unrelated?
