Default Waking up with a headache
Hello!

The past 2 mornings, I have woken up with a headache. I am taking care to drink a lot of water during the day now because I know I was dehydrated 2 days ago. I know I am not dehydrated.

I am taking a lot of vitamins and supplements and have for years. So far, aceteminophin or advil seems to work to take care of it. I am also trying to limit light and screens.

Anyone else out there with headache issues? What helps?
