Default Gaba

I've searched the forum for this specifically.

But I'm just curious as to what you guys think..

I've been taking GABA the past few days and I do feel it improves the symptoms of my migraines. My chiropractic neurologist explained it to me about it can improve pain receptors and some imbalance our brain has developed after an injury.

What do you guys think? Any experiences with it? It has definitely helped me have better night sleep. Thanks
