Possibly... our PN posters sometimes use benzos for nerve pain.
But benzos are habituating, and the Kavinace not so. Gaba agonists increase inhibitory nerve balance, and will reduce pain center activity in the brain. This is a mild effect, and you may find it wears off with time.
