Default Petadolex and PCS headaches

According to their website Petadolex..

It helps maintain proper muscle tone and blood flow in cerebral blood vessels.

I'm just curious about this in the context of PCS and TBI headaches. What is actually the physiological explanation of PCS headaches? and what would Petadolex do or help with in this context?

Thank you
