Default How Diet Helped Me

I suffered for eight long months — and finally took a hard look at my diet.

#1 — search tyramine and national headache diet
#2 — watch Ted Talk by Dr. Terry Wahls
#3 — consider eliminating all starches/grains/sugar

Significantly improved my migraine threshold.
