Default Amino Acids and B6

Hi guys,

I"m just wondering if anyone here is taking an amino acid supplement. I'm currently taking BCAA powdered form and will put it in 16 oz of water and take it on an empty stomach. I've also bought this supplement called Total Amino Solutions which seems to be a very popular supplement at Whole Foods as it's always sold out!

I'm not sure if my dosaging is correct or I'm taking too much?

Also, can one take too much B6?

Thank you
