I am similar, but having a bit more of a life. noticed a change after about 18 months. Still suffering, but better than 6 months ago!
CBC has saved my sanity. I have it on the TuneIn app on the Ipad (or Iphone or blackberry!) and quirks and quarks (science) is great at 3 am when you can't sleep!
Hope you feel better soon. It is a tough road.
