Default A bad roll??

Hi guys,

I thought all was well today when I got up. Slight headache/light head but nothing to speak of. I went for a short boat ride of about an hour. Part way into it the headache started getting stronger and I started feeling a bit queasy along with a bit of gas. Classic seasickness I thought, although totally out of character for me, especially in sheltered waters.

When I got off I had lunch- a chicken roll. I felt pretty close to vomiting and that stayed with me for the next eight hours- gas, headache, nausea.

Now I know the boat ride brought on the seasickness. The thing is the symptoms were substantially magnified three hours after the boat ride. To the point that when I got home I had some painkillers and went to bed. That was all I could manage.

Has anyone had this kind of delayed symptom onset before?

Cheers
