Help Protein is a MUST

I went to hospital yesterday because I felt horrible all over body muscles, joints, bones, fatigue, dizziness, headache,co nfusion, swelling etc.I feel like I took 50 steps back from recovery.I really did think I might of had MS I felt so horrible and my whole body swelled up that I barely could walk.

All my labs came back ok except protein. With me being in rehabilitation and doing physical activity I should of upped my protein because my muscles were suffering from lack of protein. This is a horrible feeling and I just want to remind other survivors how we need to pay attention to all nutritional needs for our health.

Thumbs up I Did Not Have Protein Deficiency

This is just an example of what I have been going threw for the past year and half BS emergency room M.D.s & PCP!I do not have a protein deficiency!I feel really a lot of hate towards any M.D. that treats people with false information.

I do not live in a third world country!Do they think that since some of us have impairments that they(M.D.S THAT ARE CLUELESS) can tell us ANYTHING?I feel like these so called M.D.s just need to go back to medical school.I have impairments and I just cannot stand or tolerate how certain M.D.s handle a person when they say they have had a concussion.

My PTSD was tested in past few days dealing with stupid M.D.s.I believe I had got PTSD more from the M.D.s that I had to fight with for a year and half for a simple diagnosis than the actual car accident....I know this!
