I have found meditation very helpful. I got an audio book from the library on meditation and went from there. My help. Won't hurt!

Yes, meditation is a good thing -- try it.

Acupuncture really deeply relaxes me. I see a woman who does the community works model so you pay what you can afford.

There are different ways to reduce stress that are healthy and free. See what works for you.
