Thumbs up I Found Some Extra Relief (natural)

I recently found a few more things to add to my relief list.

For brain~Oxygen bars-Proponents of this oxygen "therapy" say it boosts energy levels, increases your endurance during exercise, helps you bounce back more quickly from physical exertion, provides relief from stress and pollution, increases your concentration, helps you relax, and eases headaches and hangovers. $5-$20 sessions vary

For Neck/Back~Echo Massager Pro™ by Envision is the new and improved model of our top selling Massager. With only a size of an mp3 player, this powerful electronic pulse massager will help you get rid of sore back, stiff neck and a whole range of muscle strains and joint pains.By tapping into modern electronic stimulation technology Echo Massager Pro brings a relaxing massage experience. $200-$250 Kind of pricey but has helped me at home.

~This is things that have worked for myself~Not a one size fits all
