hello, i sustained a concussion 6 weeks ago getting hit under the chin. Since then i have had a burning/tingling sensation in the middle part of my left ear, i believe is peripheral neuropathy. I am curious if this goes away on its own or if its permanent

I've never heard of this symptom. I doubt it is a permanent condition. If the nerves were damaged, the Vitamins regimen in the sticky at the top is designed to help nerves heal, especially the B-6, B-12 folic acid just to start. Have you asked a doctor ?
