Default New Symptoms Arise

Hello, as some of you who have read my story before, i am just going over it again. On June 2, 2013 I was playing basketball, defending a shorter player. He jumped up and smashed his head under my head, on the left side of my head. My neck did not wiplash back because it went directly up. I never blacked Anyway, my early symptoms were nausea, everything was shifted to the left, and my jaw felt terrible, and i had intense headaches. About two weeks into the concussion i had my ears drained of wax and after that EVERYTHING started to go down hill. I have a pacemaker so i could only get a CT Scan, which came up clean. Now a month and a half later since the concussion, i have different symptoms:

constant DIZZINESS 100 percent of the time!!! Its more of feeling like I'm moving, not everything around me
Tiredness
on and off Numbness in my arms and fingers on my right arm,
* a feeling of weight pushing on my trapezius and shoulders,
* A burning sensation in my left inner ear (But my ears have no infection or wax now)
* on and off numbness on the left side of my face
lightheadness
*sometimes i wake up with terrible nightmares or i feel like there is a very strong pulse in the back of the left side of my head.
* not as good of hearing in the left ear.

In essence, do these signs signal cranial nerve damage or something different. Has anyone experience the stared symptoms and if so, how long did they last or how could they be relieved. I am very scared that i might have to live with these symptoms for the rest of my life and why are my symptoms getting worse from what i can see? Do the symptoms have a bell curve effect, peaking at some point and then starting to dip? As i am not feeling any headaches anymore
