Default magnesium drink helped me a lot!

Hello.
I have chronic migraine and pain from muscle spasms. I just wanted to share that this drink helped me. You know that feeling when you have a pain med and there is a warm flush throughout your body?
I was skeptical to try this but a naturopath recommend this. At whole foods the employee said that a lot of people buy this.I was amazed that this worked so well. It has dramatically decreased my migraines within days. It relaxes you naturally so you sleep like a baby. Usually when I exercise the pain is intense but this helped my spine pain which allows me to not torture myself as much when exercising.lol.

I hope that this can help someone. Ecspecialy the chronic pain long termers. FYI, this ingredient is used as a laxative so don't even use as much as the directions say. I used maybe half a teaspoon and did have an upset stomach the first day. But, not since! Just expect the first time to have an upset stomach and gradually build the dose.

This is worth try for muscle pain, migraines, or just stress/ anxiety from pcs.
I think I may have had low magnesium because I stopped taking the supplements due to stomach upset. I rarely recommend products, try not to take any meds anymore, but am so happy I found something! Take care.

Also, I know we have to be cost conscious with pcs, hopefully there is a whole foods near you that you can take advantage of the return policy for trying anything in the whole body section. With the receipt anything can be returned. It has helped me a lot because supplements can get expensive.
