I know there's been a few threads about vestibular therapy but today I feel so terrible I've done none of the exercises at all today, just cannot face it.
My head kills me and gets worse with the exercises, I am so tired beyond belief and my eyes hurt/feel pressure behind them. I have been thinking positively but today I am so beat down and just want to cry. Has anyone felt so terrible then started to feel better? I am sooo tired, I lay down this afternoon for a few hours and the headache is still here and my eyeballs hurt. I do see an Neurological Dr in 2 weeks for the headaches. I'm seeing a PT for vestibular and an OT for my eyes so I have a bunch of exercises and just can't do them all. i know I'll have to talk to the therapists about it. The OT had me read a passage and I felt like a child reading it, couldn't read properly, going back over words, ugh.... Just ignore me today, ![]() ![]() |
