Default Finally "seeing" recovery at ten months

I am ten months out and I feel like I am finally making progress towards healing.
Many things have helped me an I thought I would share them in hopes of helping others.

Around month four I finally let go of returning to the old me. I didn't give up but I accepted where I was at with this injury.
I finally got some serious rest this summer. I'm a school teacher and this summer gave me time to rest.
I finally saw a neuro opthamologist and got prism glasses and vision therapy. Huge help.
I have learned to use work arounds and let go of most activities that bring on symptoms. Stores are still very difficult for me.

I am not back to where I was but I have accepted it.
I continue with vision therapy and vestibular therapy.
It's been a long road.
Good luck to all of you.
Su
